There are some sign that indicates a child is being bully. Examples are not discussing what they are doing in the computer, acting not normal when they are around any electronic devise, trouble sleeping, mood swing, and not want to be around any activities. If this is occurring right now the child need to understand the consequences and tell the truth. Depending on what the child says that is the action the adult have to take. For example if it deals by texting the adult can find out who is responsible for the other child and talk to them. If it happens on the Internet the adult have to talk to them and monitor what the child is doing and fix it. Some websites are: Forbers.com which talks about bulling in depth. All of this website have good information for someone that does not have a lot information about it.
